Ten comprehensive measures to overcome premature ejaculation: from psychological adjustment and physical traction to changing positions.
(1) Psychological Adjustment Method: If one can remain calm and peaceful before intercourse, allowing the penis to naturally erect until it is fully erect, intercourse can often be prolonged. Some patients, due to a history of premature ejaculation, insert their penis into the vagina quickly after erection each time they have intercourse; the earlier the insertion, the faster the ejaculation. This is also a psychological issue; because the ejaculation threshold has not reached the appropriate level, premature insertion will actually lead to faster ejaculation. In addition, some men overemphasize the sexual satisfaction of their partners while neglecting their own sexual feelings, ultimately resulting in a situation where neither partner experiences sexual pleasure. In fact, what women need in "sexual life" is not just the stage of penile penetration, but more importantly, a complete and fulfilling sexual experience, such as foreplay, the rhythm of penile thrusting, changes in sexual positions, and afterplay. If these "works" are done well, there is no reason why the woman cannot be satisfied. The fact that some women can even achieve sexual satisfaction without penile penetration is proof of this. (2) Position Change Method: For example, in the female-superior position, the woman makes vigorous friction of her sexual organs from above. Because the man is in a passive position, his muscles are relaxed and his excitability is low, which can prolong the time to ejaculation. However, due to individual differences, this position may not be effective. You can choose a position that suits you (or that both partners like) for intercourse. Use the position that does not cause premature ejaculation more often, or keep changing positions. (3) Scrotum Pulling Method: When you feel close to ejaculation during intercourse, pull your scrotum (or have your partner assist you) with force to control ejaculation without feeling uncomfortable. This can be repeated several times during intercourse until the woman reaches orgasm. (4) Perineal Pressing Method: When you feel close to ejaculation during intercourse, pull your penis out of the vagina and press your perineum with your index and thumb (with your partner assist you) for 2 minutes while taking deep breaths. The pressure should be enough to control ejaculation. This can be repeated several times during intercourse until the woman reaches orgasm. (5) Qi sinking to the dantian method: During intercourse, especially when ejaculation is imminent, consciously take deep breaths and sink the qi to the dantian (concentrate your attention on the dantian acupoint and sink the qi in your chest to your lower abdomen) and clench your teeth. At this time, ejaculation can be controlled quickly. This method is suitable for all patients with premature ejaculation. (6) Multiple intercourse method: Some young people, or newlyweds, often experience premature ejaculation due to excessive sexual excitement, which is called "premature ejaculation in newlyweds". However, if a second or third intercourse is performed in this case, the intercourse time can generally be prolonged. This is the so-called "multiple intercourse method". Although this method is effective, it cannot be used for a long time, otherwise it may cause premature sexual aging and ultimately be counterproductive. (7) Penile insertion still method: This method is to fully prepare for intercourse. After the woman's vagina is wet (if the woman requests penile insertion), slowly insert the penis into the vagina and remain still while clenching your teeth. After sexual excitement subsides, slowly thrust. If there is a feeling of ejaculation, stop thrusting. Repeat this process. (8) Penis-pulling method: When the urge to ejaculate is about to occur during intercourse, quickly pull the penis out and pinch the glans with your fingers until the urge to ejaculate disappears. Hold this position for about 1 minute before resuming the thrusting. Repeat this process. (9) Condom method: For some patients with premature ejaculation, sometimes simply using a condom can reduce the occurrence of premature ejaculation. There are many types of condoms available now, and you can choose one according to your preference. (10) Nine shallow thrusts and one deep thrust: The specific method is as follows: After the penis is inserted into the vagina, slowly thrust 9 times at the outer third of the vaginal opening, and then thrust deeply once. Repeat this thrusting motion until the entire sexual intercourse is completed. This method can prevent both men and women from becoming overly excited during intercourse, prolong the intercourse time, prevent premature ejaculation, and also increase the woman's excitement, enhance sexual pleasure, and promote the arrival of orgasm. The effect is even better if you can clench your teeth while performing this method.
